I think Legacy is a great school that helps to prepare its students for college with their unique schedules. A major thing that usually sets students back when they first enter college, is their lack of time management. At Legacy, each student has a unique schedule that does not follow the usual "period" schedule; each day is different for each student at Legacy, and that is how it is in college. Each student has a unique schedule, it helps their students to understand how to use their time wisely when they have breaks and to be responsible for knowing when they have class. Regarding my experience here, I do not think I would change anything about Legacy, and my time here has been relatively pleasant. If there is any issue I am having, I feel that I am always able to reach out to my teachers for help, and there is always someone willing to help whether it is with a personal problem or if I am having difficulty understanding the class material.

I believe that Legacy High School does a remarkable job at helping students be college ready. The schedules are setup with different breaks between classes and longer class times. Other schools go to the same classes everyday for 45 minutes each. At legacy we have a different schedule everyday of the week and it repeats each week. This schedule gives me a chance to be more independent. One of the negatives to Legacy is that they don't recycle. We have some bins around the school but no one goes through and sorts them so they never gets recycled.

Having come to Legacy High the beginning of sophom*ore year, I made friends quickly with the help of sports. Athletes tend to make friends with other athletes quickly. The school spirit was intense at sport events but lacking on the random dress up days. Who really cares about those though? The food was good for periods of time, but periods of the same chicken patty sandwich for a week at a time were not uncommon. The people are about what you would expect. Most people are good friends, but some should be avoided. The teachers are willing to work with you, although some seem underqualified.
