Static Shock Event Summary
Follow Gaius’ footsteps to investigate the secret behind the Investigation Team’s missing case.
During the event, the event map, Thunder Matrixes, Resource Depots, Extreme Route, and other gameplay will unlock. Through participation, players can get Divine Essence and Thunder Essence. They can also redeem for Inferno-attuned Epic Esper, Nick (Magni), the event Namecard, Gold Records, and many other rewards!
There are 4 chapters in the event map: The Lost Squad, The Unknown Holystone, The Gyrate Disaster, and Shackled Lair. The latter 2 chapters unlock as days pass. Players can explore the map from Gaius’ perspective. During the exploration, they can make progress on the map by progressing through the story, defeating Miramon, occupying resource depots, and opening Forgotten Chests. Once they’ve made 80% progress, they can proceed to the next chapter.
Players may find resource depots in the event map. By defeating guardians, they can occupy these depots which will produce resources continuously.
Completing Extreme Route missions will grant abundant rewards. After completing a series of missions, players can view Gaius’ treasured badge and its background story.
When encountering Boss Raid in the event map, players can greatly power up their squad with a Thunder Matrix. By collecting resource depot productions and exploring the event map, players can acquire the resource needed for improving the divine power: Power of Thunder.
After 2022-09-05, 23:59:59 (UTC+0), the event map, Thunder Matrixes, Resource Depots, Extreme Route, and other gameplay will close. However, players can still redeem for rewards in the Event Shop.
Event Time
- The event lasts 3 weeks.
- Various event modes are available during the first 2 weeks. In the 3rd week, activities are closed but rewards can still be redeemed for in the event shop.
Event Map
- The event map contains 4 story chapters. The 3rd and 4th chapters unlock as days pass.
- You can explore from Gaius’s perspective to progress through the story and collect treasures and resources scattered in the map.
- You can make progress on this map by progressing through the story, defeating monsters, occupying resource depots, and opening Forgotten Chests. Once your progress reaches 80%, you can proceed to the next chapter.
Resource Depot
- You may find resource depots in the event map. By defeating guardians, you can occupy these depots which will produce resources for you continuously.
- You can occupy multiple depots of the same type. Resources produced by depots of the same type can stack.
- Resources produced by depots can be stored up to 24 hours, so please claim them in time.
Event Shop
- The Shop is divided into Divine Essence Shop and Thunder Essence Shop.
- Divine Essence Shop: You can redeem Divine Essence for abundant rewards, including the Epic Esper Nick and Flow Records.
- Thunder Essence Shop: Opens during the second week of the event. You can redeem Thunder Essence for abundant rewards, including Limited-Offer Namecard: Static Shock and Legendary Abilimon.
- Divine Essence and Thunder Essence can be obtained by exploring the event map, collecting resource depot productions, and completing Extreme Route missions.
Extreme Route (Mission)
- Completing Extreme Route missions will grant abundant rewards.
- After completing a series of missions, you can view Gaius’s treasured badge and its background story.
Thunder Matrix (Boost)
- When encountering Boss Raid in the event map, you can greatly power up your squad with a Thunder Matrix.
- There are a total of 7 Thunder Matrixes, each of which can provide a great Power Boost. However, they must be activated in order. By collecting resource depot productions and exploring the event map, you can acquire Power of Thunder, which improves the divine power.
